Educational Qualification: Junior Commercial Executive: B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). Junior Assistant (Accounts): B.Com degree with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). Junior Assistant (General): Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). Management Trainee (Marketing): MBA in Agri-Business Management or equivalent Agriculture-related Management degree. Management Trainee (Accounts): CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost Accountant). Assistant Manager (IT): B.E. / B.Tech (IT / CS) or MCA or MBA / PGDM with IT Specialization + 1 year post-qualification experience. Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha): PG Degree in Hindi with minimum 50% marks and English as a subject up to graduation level.
